Solè water (pronounced as Solay) is known as liquid sunlight and I add it to my drinking water for its amazing health benefits. It’s a mixture of pure salt and water that is added to drinking water. Now you may say to yourself, “Drinking salt water? Isn’t salt bad for health?”
Our relationship with salt is related to many health complications, but little do we know that it’s the type of salt we’re consuming that’s causing health issues.
The salt we’re used to, known as table salt, is chemically processed, bleached and made up of sodium and chloride among other chemicals. It’s stripped from all of its natural and essential vitamins and minerals. The typical salt we’re consuming is basically poison, known as table salt. Table salt (consumption of sodium chloride) is related to hypertension, high blood pressure, cellulite, dehydration, headaches and many common health issues.
On the other hand natural, original, unprocessed salt is essential to life and contains minerals and elements the human body is made up of which is over 84 to 90+ minerals and trace elements that nourishes our cells.

What is Solè Water?
Sole water is water that is completely saturated with natural, unprocessed salt. It is rich in minerals such as copper, zinc, iodine, magnesium and many more that are essential to health and the body.
Many people don’t drink enough water, and believe it or not, there is such a thing as drinking too much water as well. Either way its not healthy and there should be a balance with water consumption. Over drinking water can dilute the concentration of minerals and electrolytes within our cells. This in turn causes problems and stresses our adrenal system which is in charge of producing hormones that stabilizes stress, metabolism and other functions.
Drinking Sole water helps not only keep you hydrated and nourishes your cells, but also provides the body the energy it needs for its everyday functions without being depleted.

Sole water is very simple to make and has a long shelf life, meaning it never goes bad due to its antibacterial properties. You can continually refill your jar following the same process as you see the water levels evaporate.
If you notice salt sitting at the bottom of your jar that means the water is fully saturated and your sole is ready to use. If you notice that there is no salt sitting at the bottom of the jar, that means its time to add more salt.
I drink Sole water on a empty stomach in the mornings as well as throughout the day. This is a form of mineral supplement for me to make sure I get the amount of water and minerals I need throughout the day.
