All orders within the U.S. are shipped via USPS. https://www.usps.com/

Please allow 1-3 business days to process and provide tracking information for your order via the email address provided at checkout. Business days are Monday through Friday, and exclude all major holidays. Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for USPS shipment delivery after you have received your tracking information.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen packages, or incorrect adresses.

For the purpose of this policy, the term “incorrect address” includes but is not limited to missing suite, apartment, building numbers, incorrect street, city, or state names, or address rezoning or any other missing or incorrect information that causes the order to be deemed undeliverable.

We kindly request you confirm your address is correct before submission of your order. If package is returned to Hell Notes for Beauty due to incorrect address provided at checkout, we will return the package to you for the cost of the order’s original shipping charge.

Shipping charges will be processed with your order and charged at the time of purchase. Eligibility for free shipping is accounted for before taxes and after all voucher and discount codes are applied.

All Sales are Final. All Payments for any/all services with Jessica of Hell Notes for Beauty are non-refundable.

Hell Notes for Beauty is dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify us within 72 hours of USPS delivered timestamp and we will replace the item within reason or credit you for another item in our shop.

All sales of products and services are non-refundable.

Do NOT ingest the products. Avoid contact with eyes, mucous and genital area. Most products are skin safe. I am not responsible for allergic reactions. Always test for allergic reaction by rubbing a little product on your skin, and waiting 24 hours for a reaction before further use. Please keep all flammable objects away from children and hazardous surroundings.

Our sessions and any accompanying documents that contain information belonging to the participants which may be confidential and legally privileged must be kept private unless otherwise permitted. This information is only for the use of the individual or entity to which it was intended. All sessions will be recorded and sent to the intended recipient of the reading/session, any part of the session including screenshots, audio clips, video clips, and any interpretation thereafter are not to be shared outside of the private session without written request and permission.
