Purchased items are shipped within 2-3 business days (M-F) after payment is received.

Packages are sent via USPS (Postal Service). Shipping and handling prices may vary depending or weight or size of order. All shipping fees are based off USPS rate and can change without notice.

Tracking numbers are provided for all packages. Insurance is optional and extra charge may apply. If you would like to rush or upgrade your shipping preference please send me a message so that we can calculate cost difference.

Hell Notes for Beauty is not responsible for packages lost, stolen or seized by international customs. Please note that additional Custom’s Fees may apply at time of delivery outside the United States.
