Make a soothing spritzer. Why not? During these recent hot dog days of summer I reached for my spell book while lounging by the pool and came across this rather interesting recipe. I tend to write down any spells or recipes that catch my attention and keep it in my trusty old notebook for easy reference. If not mistaken this recipe came from a book in Spanish called Magia Casera (Household Magic). As most of you may know me by now I’m all for a happy, peaceful environment so of course this recipe would be found in my notebook, but it was more about the recipe’s extra use that caught my eye with this one:
Spell For Peace and Quiet Ambiance
Turn any desired space into a refreshing and relaxing place. Also avoids that people speak too much or say inappropriate things. Ideal in group settings, meetings, speaking arrangement, etc.
1 Lemon
1 Liter of water
Empty Bottle

Lemon Juice is mixed with water to wash amulets and other magical objects. Ensures all negative vibrations are cleansed from the object in question. The water is also added to bath water at the time of the full moon for purificatory powers. Dried Lemon peels can be used for Love purposes as well.
This was just what I needed considering I work in a environment where I attend many different types of meetings with many different type of personalities. Every now and then I tend to come across certain instances where some co-workers just don’t have a censor or understand when certain discussions are inappropriate. Then of course you have those who just like to argue and make everything difficult.
On the other hand it can also be considered useful during important family discussions for example, especially if there will be heated exchanges where certain differences or issues will be discussed.
Remember intent is key when working with the natural and pure elements of nature. These lemons were so refreshing and the clean scent they emit is perfect to perk up some of the stale feeling air this recent heatwave has gifted my house.
